What is the application procedure to join Utkrisht?

We have a basic three steps application process to ensure that the candidates are evaluated fairly and thoroughly:

a) Technical Assessment: First you have to clear the Technical Assessment.
b) Communication assessment: Upon completing the Technical Assessment, the Communication Assessment will become available, which has to be completed.
c) Screening: The third step is a brief 30-minute screening which will be scheduled as per necessity.

How can I check the status of my assessments and job applications?

To check the status of your job applications and assessments on our Portal, log in and navigate to the "My Opportunity" tab for job applications and the "Assessments" tab within the relevant job opportunity for assessments. You will receive email updates at your registered address. Additionally, a dedicated recruiter will be assigned to provide updates on your applications when you join our network.

What is the tentative time to receive my assessment result?

The time required to receive assessment results varies based on the type of assessment taken, however, it will be mailed to you within 24-48 hours.

Is it mandatory to clear the assessment to be a part of Utkrisht?

Utkrisht is a power hub of the best of India's tech and marketing talent. To ensure your skills and expertise match the requirements of our global clients, passing these tests is a prerequisite. This enables us to swiftly deploy you to a client that matches your potential.

What happens if I am not able to clear any of the assessments?

There is nothing to worry about in such a case. You can prepare and re-apply with us after two months.

What happens if I clear the technical assessment, and cannot clear the communication assessment?

The re-application process remains the same irrespective of how many assessments were you able to clear last time.

Will I get paid for working overtime?

Your engagement with the client will be full-time, requiring you to work eight hours a day, five days a week, with productivity expectations similar to any other full-time position. We do not provide compensation for overtime work. However, if you consistently exceed your allotted hours, we will consult with the client to address the issue.

Will my data remain safe?

We only share your essential information with companies that align with your skills and expertise. We will disclose additional details about you to a company only if you are interested in potentially working with them.

Can I get benefits of medical insurance and other additional perks?

Utkrisht is a platform where we connect you to recruiters, henceforth, we do not provide any medical insurance. However, if the global company’s policy enlists you with benefits of medical insurance or any additional perks, you are entitled to them. From our end, we can be a mediator in clearing your doubts with the company.

Where would my employers be primarily located?

While our employers can be located anywhere in the world, the majority are based in the USA, UK, and Australia.

What will be my working hours or shift timings since I will be working for a global company?

Your working hours will be determined by the company’s location and requirements.

Will I be directly coordinating with the company?

Yes, once the employer brings you onboard, you will communicate directly with the company.

What if I have to leave a project in between?

Before leaving a project, you will be required to serve the necessary notice period. Failure to do so without proper notice may result in legal action.
